villas are located in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee. With easy access to all the major road networks our Kissimmee
villas in Orlando Florida are within a genuine 20 mins drive of Disney World and all the main Central Florida attractions
and theme parks and within an easy drive of both Orlando International and Sanford Airports. Local shopping complex with
restaurants, fast food outlets ( McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut) supermarkets, chemists, banks plus the new Walmart
Superstore are all within a 2 - 5 mins drive.
Conveniently located.Our
villas are situated just north of the famous US 192, just off the Osceola Parkway in the Buenaventura Lakes area
of Kissimmee Orlando. All villas in this area are within a genuine 20 mins drive of Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios,
Seaworld and all the main Central Florida attractions and theme parks. Restaurants and shops within 5 - 10 mins
drive.
Beaches
Atlantic coast beaches
are a mere 45 mins drive whilst the beautiful Gulf coast beaches are just 1hour 30 minutes away.

Orlando International Airport 20 mins
Orlando Sanford
Airport 45 mins.
Each Florida vacation home is of a high standard- Private screened pool with Lake View and pool and patio
furniture.
- 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further
bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 2nd bathroom, dressers, mirrors, lamps etc.
- Dining area with chairs.
- Fully equipped
kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker,
toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils (extra plates etc for larger parties, may be obtained
from the home management company), vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher
- Remote
control colour TV with all Cable channels. All our villas in Florida have their own telephone number for incoming calls
and are operated by buying phone cards locally.
- Towels are
provided
- Homes do not usually have safes
- Cots & high chairs etc.,must be requested at time of booking.
- Clients must leave a security deposit of approximately $250 in the form of a credit card imprint,
which will only be presented in the event of loss or damage to the villa / furnishings. Clients without a credit card will
be required to leave a cash deposit of between $300-$400, refundable following a satisfactory examination of the property.
